| Award Winning Websites From Pentagon |
October 2009 |
Pentagon Group scooped two awards including Motor Dealer Website of the Year at the Click Awards 2009, held at the headquarters of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) in Central London.
The Click Awards are based on the Auto Trader Website Usability Study carried out in July which used feedback from 600 UK car buyers to assess over 70 carmaker, franchised and independent dealers and car supermarket sites.
The study was undertaken by eDigitalResearch and Auto Trader.
Websites were judged on aesthetics and functionality, including website styling, ease of navigation and speed of loading.
The study also considered the multi channel consumer as surveyors made contact with the customer services available on the websites via email and telephone.
Speaking about the awards, Pentagons Website Manager Michelle Breffitt said: ‘These awards are so important because it is based on a true reflection of real customer’s opinions. Knowing that all our hard work has been recognised fills the whole team at Pentagon with great pride. Thanks also to the incredible work of everyone at 21st Century Internet who built and maintain all our sites’.
She added: ‘But we won’t stop there. Our customers needs are constantly changing and so we will of course continue to develop our website and services to stay ahead of their expectations'.
